All orders take 2-3 business days to process. Once they ship, standard shipping can take anywhere from 4-15 business days. You'll be emailed a tracking # and order status page as soon as it is ready to ship.
Unfortunately, no we do not ship internationally. We only offer domestic US services to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico.
We can ship to PO Boxes with standard/free shipping. Express and Expedited options are not available for PO Boxes. If an order is placed with either of those services, your order may be delayed, as we'll need to reach out to you for an alternative street address.
Standard shipping is mostly shipped with UPS Mail Innovations; a service where UPS ships and transports the package before handing it off to the USPS for final delivery once it hits it's final location. Because this is a collaborative service between two separate carriers, tracking can be slow to update and it is also a "non day-definitive delivery service", meaning the ETA can change at any time.
Start a return or exchange at returns.hangten.com. Returns/exchanges are only eligible for 30 days on orders purchased through hangten.com. Items must be unworn with tags still attached.
For returns, please allow 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to process the return once received. You'll be notified by email once it's been processed - please allow 2-5 business days for your bank to process the transaction back to your account.
Sorry, but we only accept returns on product that was purchased through hangten.com. Purchases via other retailers will need to be returned through them.
Please email Customer Support as soon as possible (needs to be within 90 days from date of purchase on hangten.com) and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through hangten.com.

For credit card transactions, we authorize the order total on your credit card at checkout and then charge the amount once your order is ready to ship. An authorization (or pending charge) is a temporary hold on funds within your account. Once we charge (or void/cancel) your payment, the authorization will disappear your bank statement within 3-5 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes the payment.
Upon submitting your order, you will see one pending authorization for each attempt made to place your order. If you did not receive an order number at order completion (or confirmation email), then your order may not have gone through. If you see multiple pending authorizations, it could be that you entered your billing information incorrectly and tried multiple times. These pending authorizations will be removed from your bank account within 3-5 business days.
